Customer Loyalty Rewards Program:
Customers who have been with us for ten years will receive a $25 credit which can be applied towards a full system upgrade. For each additional year after that, which the customer stays with us, they will receive another $25. So, for example, if a customer has been with us for twelve years, they will have accumulated a $75 credit that can be used to upgrade their existing system. This credit cannot be applied to monitoring, only to upgrading systems.
Referral Rewards Program:
If a current customer refers someone to us and that person contacts us and chooses to install a system, then the person who referred them will receive a free quarter of monitoring (three months).
